1. Shipping Area We currently ship only to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1 business day to process your order. Once processed, we will then proceed with shipping.

5. Shipping Times and Public Holidays Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers may limit their operations. This is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
